How we work

Everything in writing, from the first call to the handover.

Built for businesses where decisions get reviewed. What happens at each stage, and three ways to engage us.

The process

Four stages, four documents.

Each stage ends with something you can read, approve and share.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We start with what you have: analytics, ad accounts, code and the rules you work under. You get a short written diagnosis and a first step.

    What you get

    • A written diagnosis in plain language
    • A recommended first step and engagement model
    • A straight answer if you need someone else
  2. 02

    Scope

Deliverables, timeline, who does what and what is out of scope, in one document. Fixed price or monthly plan. Nothing starts until you approve it.

    What you get

    • A scope document you can share internally
    • A fixed price or monthly allocation, in writing
    • A named lead accountable for the outcome
  3. 03

    Deliver

Work ships in short, reviewable increments with a written update every week. Compliance review is scheduled in, not squeezed in.

    What you get

    • A weekly written update
    • Working software, pages or campaigns as they are ready
    • A shared record of decisions and approvals
  4. 04

    Review

We measure results against the scope, document what changed, and hand over code, accounts and records. Then we recommend the next step.

    What you get

    • A results review against the scope
    • A handover pack with documentation and access
    • A plain recommendation on the next step

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Every model starts with a written scope. We quote after a scoping call, because a price without a scope is a guess.

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome for an agreed price.

You tell us the outcome. We agree the scope in writing and quote a fixed price. Any change is re-quoted before the extra work starts.

Best for

  • A new website or landing page system
  • A technical SEO audit or tracking set-up
  • An integration or automation with a clear end state
  • A one-off strategy or acquisition plan

How it works

  1. 01Diagnosis call and written proposal
  2. 02Fixed price, staged milestones, sign-off at each
  3. 03Handover pack, optional maintenance retainer

Monthly retainer

An ongoing allocation of the team, planned month by month.

A set allocation of the team each month, planned against a roadmap we agree together. Priorities can change month to month. Give notice to stop.

Best for

  • Ongoing SEO and content
  • Paid media management
  • Product development and maintenance
  • A fractional marketing or engineering team

How it works

  1. 01Monthly plan agreed at the start of each month
  2. 02Weekly updates, monthly results review
  3. 03Rolling agreement with a notice period

Advisory

Senior time without the delivery team.

We join your planning, review the work of your team or suppliers, and leave written recommendations. For businesses with hands but no direction.

Best for

  • Founders planning a launch, a raise or a new market
  • In-house teams that want a second opinion
  • Choosing tools, vendors or agencies
  • Board-level questions on digital strategy

How it works

  1. 01A fixed number of sessions per month
  2. 02Written notes after every session
  3. 03Email access in between

Included in every model

Whichever shape you choose, these do not change.

  • A written scope before any work starts
  • A named lead accountable for the outcome
  • A weekly written update
  • Work done in accounts and repositories you own
  • Compliance review time in the plan
  • A handover pack when the engagement ends

Working together

What a normal week looks like.

A predictable rhythm and no surprises on the invoice.

A named lead
One person owns the outcome and is on every update and call.
A weekly written update
What was done, what is next, what needs your decision. Two minutes to read.
Your accounts, your repositories
We work inside tools you own. Part ways, change the passwords, keep everything.
Review time built in
Compliance, legal and brand review are scheduled into every plan.
Decisions on record
Scope changes, approvals and open questions are logged in a shared tracker.
Honest scoping
If a request is a bad idea, or someone else would do it better, we say so first.
